What ManaDork stores, why, and how you can leave.
What we store
- Waitlist email, if you ask to be notified.
- Account identity (email) when you sign in.
- Chat sessions and the decks, pools, and messages in them.
- Imported collections.
- Feedback you send.
- Provider API keys you save — encrypted at rest, last four characters only in the UI.
Why
Email is for launch news, early access, and tester calls. Chat, collections, and keys exist so the product can build with you. Feedback improves the alpha.
How long
Unsubscribing stops waitlist mail. We keep the email marked unsubscribed so we do not message you again. Account data stays while the account is active. This is an alpha. We do not sell this information.
Who processes it
- Us (F12CS LLC), on the servers that run ManaDork.
- Hosted identity (sign-in).
- Email delivery for waitlist mail, with an unsubscribe link.
- The LLM provider you choose, when you run an AI build — using your key.
- A future merchant of record, if we charge for the service. We do not bill today.
How we handle your API key
When you save a provider key, it is encrypted at rest. The encryption key is not in the database. The API never returns the stored key — only the last four characters. You can revoke it in one click on Account. We do not log the key. Do not paste it into chat or feedback — those are stored as text.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from waitlist mail via the link in each message. Ask us to delete your account data through in-app Feedback.
